Hosting, Performance and Maintenance Plans
All plans are hosted on our high-performance clustered architecture. Once you sign up, we’ll migrate your site for free, and get you properly setup with Cloudflare® and iThemes Security. Some plan levels include hand optimization. All include setup of third-party services including MailChimp, SendGrid, SendinBlue and others. All sites on Warp10 must use a third-party service for transactional or marketing email.

Information about Added Features
Setup includes assisting you with transferring your DNS settings to CloudFlare. All plans include at least the Free Cloudflare service level, while Warp10 plans include the CloudFlare Pro service as part of the plan.
All plans include the free iThemes Security (formerly Better WordPress Security) plugin. This will replace any security-oriented plugin you may presently have on your site. Enterprise and Warp10 customers receive a license for iThemes Security Pro. A comparison of the feature sets is available on the iThemes Security page. Your iThemes Pro license does not transfer to sites not hosted with Warp10.
All plans include free, manual site migration. Migration includes complete downloads of your site, media and database; a fresh installation of WordPress on our staging server; restoring the database, media and plugins, and verifying your site functions as it should. Some plan levels include optimization service, meaning we’ll manually review your wp_options table for things left behind by plugins you no longer have as well as only installing the plugins and themes needed for your site’s correct function.
Maintenance: We handle all WordPress core, plugin and theme updates. For our Enterprise and Warp10 customers, this includes testing each update set against a copy of your site on our staging server, resolving any problems an update may create, and merging the changes with your live site.
Support: Email support is available to all customers. Support hours vary by plan.
- 12 x 5: your email will be answered weekdays between 6am and 6pm US Central Time.
- 16 x 6: We’ll answer support emails 5am until 8pm US Central Time Monday through Saturday.
- 24/7 support is available with a guaranteed 12-hour response time every day but US Federal Holidays.
- 24/365 support means you will receive a response to your support issue within four hours any time of day, any day of the year.
